  • • All shipments are insured for the value of the merchandise and require a signature from the receiving party.

    • Orders are generally fulfilled within 48 hours of receipt subject to availability except for orders placed over the week-end.
    • Please note that your order will only be shipped once payment, which can be done by PayPal or bank transfer, and delivery details have been approved.
    • All communication will be done by email.

    • If you are shipping to a destination outside the UK, in some cases (USA) on top of our shipping cost, the country to which you are shipping will levy
    tax and import duty. All additional taxes and fees are the responsibly of the recipient. These can be from 20% to 40% of the cost of the item.


  • • Pompomelo will only refund goods that are faulty, bearing in mind that most items are vintage and can have minor flaws.
    • Exchanges are possible as long as the item is returned within 15 days of the date the order was placed (noted at the top of invoice).
    • All returns have to be notified by e-mail (info@pompomelo.com) for return address and further instructions.
    • All goods must be returned unused and in perfect condition along with a copy of your invoice.
    • Please indicate on the back of your invoice the reason for your return and if you would prefer credit or refund.

  • • Your account will be credited within 5 days of receipt less any shipping costs and you will be emailed a confirmation at that time.
    • In case goods are not available for exchange, you will be reimbursed.
    • All refunds will be given in the same method of original payment unless arranged differently.

  • • Customers are responsible for return shipping charges. If there was a mistake on the part of Pompomelo, or in the case that an item
    was faulty or damaged, the client will be reimbursed for the return shipping charges.

  • • Please note that we do not accept liability for shipping loss or damage of returned goods. Pompomelo will not refund international duties and taxes.
    • For more information on reclaiming, please contact your local customs bureau.


  • • Pompomelo is not able to cancel orders once they have been confirmed and payment has been received.
